Alloy Wheel Repair in Forest Gate
Wheel Repair Ltd refurbishes alloy wheels at its workshop on Nursery Lane, E7, which is inside Forest Gate itself. Bring the car or just the wheels in, or ask about a mobile visit if getting to us is awkward. Either way there is no call-out charge in E7.
Why Forest Gate drivers use us
Wheels are refinished properly, not touched up on the kerb.
Faces re-machined on a lathe, not painted over.
The workshop is inside E7. Leave the car with us, or bring the wheels in and keep driving on your spares.

What people say
The damage we see most in Forest Gate
Kerbed nearside fronts. The streets off Woodgrange Road are narrow, with cars both sides and gaps barely a car and a half long.
Buckles off Romford Road. Potholes near the junctions buckle a rim rather than scuff it. You feel it as a shake at about fifty.
Capel Road kerbs. Cars park tight to a high kerb along Wanstead Flats, and it is an easy one to catch on the way out.

Covering Forest Gate
- Woodgrange Road
- Romford Road
- Capel Road
- Upton Lane
- Katherine Road
- The Woodgrange Estate
Nursery Lane sits between Woodgrange Road and Romford Road, so most of E7 is five or ten minutes from the workshop. Most Forest Gate customers just drive round, or bring the wheels in on their own if they have a spare set. The Woodgrange Estate has plenty of hardstandings, and nearer the station it is controlled bays. If getting to us is awkward, a mobile visit is the option.
Common questions
Do you charge extra to come out to Forest Gate?
No. The workshop is on Nursery Lane in E7, so most Forest Gate customers bring the car to us. If you would rather have a mobile visit, Wheel Repair Ltd does not charge a call-out fee anywhere in E7.
Can you repair the wheel where the car is parked in Forest Gate?
Most E7 customers simply bring the car to Nursery Lane, which is minutes away. Where that is difficult, a mobile visit is an option and works on a hardstanding or in a controlled bay. Ask when you ring.
Where exactly is your Forest Gate workshop?
Unit 3, 13 Nursery Lane, London E7 8BL, between Woodgrange Road and Romford Road. Open Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 6pm.
Do you cover the Woodgrange Estate and Capel Road?
Yes, all of E7, including the Woodgrange Estate, Capel Road along Wanstead Flats, Upton Lane and Katherine Road. If your street is in E7 we cover it.
How long does alloy wheel repair take?
It depends on the wheel, the finish and what is already booked in. Wheel Repair Ltd will give you a realistic timescale when you ring, rather than a number that suits us. Diamond cut takes longer than painted because the face has to be re-machined.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Ring first. How soon Wheel Repair Ltd can take a wheel depends on what is already in the workshop, so a quick call saves a wasted trip, even from round the corner in E7.
Can I bring just the wheels in?
Yes. If you have a spare set, put those on at home and bring the damaged wheels to Nursery Lane on their own, so you are never without the car.
Do you do work for dealers on Romford Road?
Yes. Wheel Repair Ltd does trade work for motor dealers around Romford Road. Tell us which cars need doing and we will price them as a batch.
