Stock prep, without the chasing
Trade and Fleet Alloy Wheel Services
If you are preparing stock or running a fleet, wheels are the detail that decides whether a car looks ready or looks tired. Wheel Repair Ltd works with dealers, used vehicle specialists and fleet operators from its workshop on Nursery Lane in Forest Gate, east London, with trade rates and a way of working that does not involve you chasing anybody. Tell us the volume and we will tell you how we would handle it.
What people say
Who this is for
Independent dealers and used car specialists getting stock ready for the forecourt, where four tidy wheels are the difference between a car that looks cared for and one that looks like somebody’s old runabout.
Fleet and lease operators putting cars back into service or preparing them to go back, where the same kerb damage turns up on the same corner of every car and the volume is predictable.
Body shops and garages who do not want to take wheel work in house but do not want to turn it away either.
If you are a private customer with one car, the refurbishment page is the one you want.
How trade work runs differently
Trade rates. Volume and repeat work are priced differently to a one-off, which is the whole point. Tell us what you are actually likely to send and we will quote against that rather than against a single wheel.
One answer, not a negotiation each time. Once we know your cars and your standard, a photo gets a price back without a conversation.
You hear it when something changes. If a wheel comes in and turns out to be cracked, or a diamond cut face has had its last re-cut, you get told before it becomes your problem on a forecourt.
What we will not do is quietly let a wheel through that we would not put on our own car. It comes back to you with a note rather than going out looking fine for six weeks.
How a trade job runs
Every wheel goes through the same sequence. It is why the finish lasts.
- Tell us the volumeRoughly how many cars, how often, and what sort of damage you typically see. That is what trade rates are priced against.
- We agree the standardWhat ‘ready for the forecourt’ means to you, so we are not guessing at it car by car.
- Photos in, price backNo conversation needed once we know your cars. Send a photo and you get a number.
- Work scheduledSlotted against your prep timetable rather than into whatever gap is left over.
- Anything unexpected comes back to youA crack, a wheel that has had its last re-cut, or damage the photo did not show. You hear before it becomes a problem on the forecourt.
- Checked and returnedLooked over in daylight before it leaves, to the standard we agreed rather than to whatever passed last time.
Several cars at a time
Batching is where trade work gets cheaper, for both of us. Four wheels of the same design set up once cost less per wheel than four done separately, and the same is true across several cars of the same model.
If your stock turns over in a pattern, tell us the pattern. A standing arrangement is easier to price and easier to plan round than a phone call every time something comes in kerbed.
We are a workshop in east London rather than a national chain, so there is a sensible limit to how much we can take in one go. We will tell you where that limit is instead of saying yes and then letting you down.
Where we are and who we cover
Nursery Lane, Forest Gate, E7. Close in to Stratford, Ilford, Barking and the rest of east London, and out as far as Romford and Dagenham. Nineteen areas have their own page on this site.
Whether we collect from your site is a conversation worth having rather than a promise on a web page. Ask when you get in touch.
Common questions
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. It is priced against volume and repeat work rather than per job, so tell us what you would realistically send and we will quote against that.
Can you collect from our site?
Ask us. It depends where you are and what the volume looks like, and we would rather give you a straight answer when we know those two things than make a promise on a web page.
Can you handle several cars at once?
Up to a point, and we will tell you where that point is. We are a workshop in east London, not a national chain, and saying yes to more than we can do properly helps nobody.
Do you work to a dealer standard?
We agree the standard with you at the start rather than assuming it. What matters is that it is the same every time, which is the thing most people have been let down on before.
What happens if a wheel cannot be saved?
You get told, with a photo, before anything else happens. A wheel that should be replaced going back on a forecourt car is your problem six weeks later, not ours, and we would rather you heard it from us.
Do you do diamond cut wheels for trade?
Yes, at the workshop. Worth knowing there is a limit to how many times a diamond cut wheel can be re-cut, so on older stock we will sometimes tell you a wheel has had its last one.

Tell us roughly what the volume looks like and what you are preparing, and we will come back with trade rates and how we would run it. A photo of a typical car helps. Call or WhatsApp 07922 222272, or email info@wheelrepairltd.co.uk. Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 6pm.
